Partnership
Our strongest results come from partnership — with the factories that buy from our farmers, the institutions that finance them, and the agencies that invest in coastal communities.
Buyers & processors
Secure a consistent, traceable supply of Eucheuma cottoni from organised farmer groups.
Financial institutions
Provide financing secured by warehouse receipts on stored seaweed.
Government & development partners
Co-design programmes, training and policy that strengthen the seaweed value chain.
Research & civil society
Work with us on sustainability, coastal ecosystems and community development.
INVEST Co-op Indonesia
Through the INVEST Co-op Indonesia programme we have worked with Canadian cooperative partners on training for cooperatives — Development Ladder Assessment, value chain and strategy planning — and on coastal clean-ups under the banner Gerakan Pantai Kami Bersih.
