Storage, grading and traceability for dried seaweed, and the Warehouse Receipt System (Sistem Resi Gudang, SRG) that lets stored seaweed be financed without giving up ownership.
Commodity trading
A fair price means little without a reliable buyer. We give farmers market certainty through long-term partnerships with processing factories and exporters, and give buyers a consistent, traceable supply aggregated from organised farmer groups.
Seaweed products & café
Seaweed is a naturally high-fibre food. Through GEMARI SEHAT — Gerakan Makan Rumput Laut Indonesia, held in Makassar in October 2010 — we have promoted seaweed as an everyday healthy food, creating new demand and new jobs in coastal communities.
